Instructional Design Guide for Subsea Installation

The Challenge :
Design an interactive online instructional guide for the installation of a series of subsea equipment for integrated services personnel and engineers.

The Method :
Using the ADDIE E-learning model to analyse, design and develop content.

The Solution :
Each section is broken to bite size learning content to help learners build up their knowledge base of a particular procedure .Interval checklist/quizz serves to check on the learner's understanding of the various stages/topics.

The Conclusion :
Using animation and video to present learner's with a clear, easy to understand content. The use of video recording of actual site installation of the equipment provides learners greater grasp of how actual installation is like.
